Tom Condon has a style and aesthetic all his own. His process, alluded to in the image above, is fascinating to see unfold in his MISC studio. He holds a Master of Fine Art, Photography and Film, Virginia Commonwealth University, received in 2006, and obtained his Bachelor of Fine Art, Painting, at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. Since completing his Masters, Tom has held an adjunct instructor position at VCU's Art Foundations Department and the Department of Film and Photography. He continues to participate in a variety of group and solo shows, and has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Professional Fellowship in Printmaking, awarded by the Virginia Museum of Fine Art in 2007.
